Note: Accommodations and meal packages vary for each location and ARE NOT shown in your online total. You will be contacted by a FranklinCovey Representative to answer all questions regarding travel, meals, and accommodations after you register online.
Are breakfast and lunch provided?
FranklinCovey provides a light continental breakfast at all workshops. Lunch is on your own.
How early should I arrive?
Because seating is limited, it is a good idea to arrive 20 minutes early.
What should I wear?
Attire for all FranklinCovey Public Workshops is business-casual.
Will FranklinCovey validate my parking?
Parking is the responsibility of the individual attending the workshop.
How will I know where the workshop will be held?
Hotel locations vary from city to city. Hotel information will appear on your confirmation letter. If you need directions to the Hotel, please call the hotel directly. Note: Depending on how far in advance you have registered for a workshop, hotel information may not be confirmed. You will be notified via mail once the hotel location is confirmed.
Is lodging included in the workshop fee?
Participants are responsible for paying their own lodging expenses directly to the hotel.
What if I need to make hotel accommodations?
Your confirmation letter will identify the hotel in which the workshop will be held, and provide a phone number for making accommodations there. Note: If you are registered for Principle-Centered Leadership Week, your FranklinCovey Representative will be happy to answer all questions regarding travel, meals, and accommodations when you call.
Does FranklinCovey accept walk-ins?
FranklinCovey accepts walk-ins for Focus: Achieving Your Highest Priorities and 7 Habits Fundamentals. Registrations for The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, 7 Habits for Managers, and Principle Center Leadership Week must be placed two weeks prior to the workshop date to allow enough time to complete prework.
Is a FranklinCovey Planning System included with my workshop fee?
A Classic size FranklinCovey Planning System is included in the workshop fees for The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature, 7 Habits Fundamentals, and Focus: Achieving Your Highest Priorities workshops. Participants will receive their planning system at the workshop.
Late Registrations
Participants who register within seven days of the workshop will receive a 31-Day sample planner at the workshop. You will need to contact the host/hostess at the scheduled workshop for instructions on how to receive your FranklinCovey Planning System.
Can I select my preferred FranklinCovey Planning System size to be sent to the workshop?
A Classic size FranklinCovey Planning System is the standard size that participants receive at all workshops. If you prefer a different planning system size, you may exchange your system through any FranklinCovey store (charges may apply.)

How do I register for a FranklinCovey Public Workshop?
You may register online or by phone.
To Register Online:
Sign up at our convenient, automated online service at http://register.franklincovey.com. All transactions are secure, so you can feel safe using FranklinCovey's online registration system. If you are registering online, your seat will not be guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from FranklinCovey via e-mail or mail. If a workshop is full, a FranklinCovey Representative will notify you within 24 hours. Note: Not all workshops are available for online registration. If you are interested in a workshop that does not appear in our online registration service, please register by phone.

Call 1-800-236-5285 and a FranklinCovey Representative will assist you with your registration.
When and how will I receive my workshop confirmation?
If you registered over the phone with a FranklinCovey Representative, your confirmation will be sent to your mailing address 7-10 business days following your registration. If you registered online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within two business days, along with a hard copy that will be mailed to your mailing address within 7-10 business days.
What if I need to transfer or cancel my registration?
Cancellation policy for all workshops except Principle Center Leadership Week:
You may, at any time prior to 14 days before your workshop (not including the day of the workshop) transfer or cancel your registration and receive a full refund. Within 14 days of the workshop, FranklinCovey will not issue a refund. However, you can reschedule for a future workshop at no cost or receive a credit towards an undetermined workshop to be utilized within one year. Participants contacting FranklinCovey after the workshop has been completed will be charged a re-registration fee to transfer to a future workshop. Please be aware that if you cannot attend the workshop and fail to give proper notification prior to your workshop date you will forfeit your entire workshop fee.
Re-registration fee will be assessed as follows:
$25 for 1-day workshops
$75 for 2-day workshops
$125 for 3-day workshops
Cancellation policy for Principle Centered Leadership Week
You may, at any time prior to 30 days before your workshop (not including the day of the workshop), transfer or cancel your registration and receive a full refund for your workshop fees, meals, and lodging. Within 30 days of the workshop, FranklinCovey will not issue a refund, and your meals and lodging deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule for a future workshop or receive a credit towards an undetermined workshop to be utilized within one year. Participants contacting FranklinCovey after the workshop has been completed will forfeit their meals and lodging deposit, plus be charged a re-registration fee to transfer to a future workshop. At this time an additional meals and lodging deposit will be required. Please be aware that if you cannot attend the workshop and fail to give proper notification prior to your workshop date, your will forfeit your entire workshop fee. Re-registration fee for a Principle Centered Leadership Week (5-days) is $250.00.
Our company has a discounted corporate rate. Can we still register online?
Yes. Although your corporate rate may not be reflected online, you can still register using FranklinCovey's automated registration system. Simply select the standard pricing available and complete the registration. Once your registration is received, FranklinCovey will verify your corporate rate and apply the appropriate pricing. Note: To ensure accuracy, you must provide a valid company name and address when registering. The total amount billed will be noted in your confirmation.

What billing options does FranklinCovey provide?
FranklinCovey offers both phone- and online-billing options:
Online-Billing Options: Credit Card ONLY. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Phone-Billing Options: Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

Invoicing: Invoicing will only be offered to FranklinCovey Corporate Clients, either with a purchase order or through an Authorized Agent.
When will I be billed for the workshop?
Customers who register for FranklinCovey Public Workshops via phone or online, are billed immediately after placing their registration.

Does FranklinCovey provide group discounts?
FranklinCovey provides special discounts for two or more registrations: one for groups of 2-5, and one for 6 or more people. All participants must register at the same time to receive this discount.
Does FranklinCovey offer student discounts?
Yes. FranklinCovey provides special discounts for full-time or graduate students. To qualify, students must provide a valid student I.D. and a class schedule at the door.
Does FranklinCovey provide Government and Education discounts?
Yes. A FranklinCovey Representative will verify employment and must receive a copy of your tax exemption certificate. If you would like to set up an account with FranklinCovey please call a FranklinCovey Representative at 1-800-236-5285. Note: Although these discounts are not reflected online, you can still register using FranklinCovey's automated registration system. Simply select the standard pricing available and complete the registration. Once your registration is received, FranklinCovey will verify your discount and apply the appropriate pricing.
How do I qualify for the spouse discount?
Your spouse must have already attended the workshop you wish to attend, or be registered for the same workshop.
Does FranklinCovey offer corporate discounts?
Yes. Corporate discounts are determined by the total sales volume the company spends annually with FranklinCovey. If you think your corporation qualifies for a discount and/or would like to set up a corporate account, please contact a FranklinCovey Representative at 1-800-236-5285.

How do I exchange my FranklinCovey Planning System?
FranklinCovey planning system options are available for exchanges within 30 days after attending a workshop. If you wish to exchange your planning system, call FranklinCovey's Customer Relations Department at 1-800-654-1776.

Is pre-work required for FranklinCovey Public Workshops?
Pre-work for all single-day workshops will be sent in your confirmation letter. Pre-work for all multi-day workshops will be sent to your shipping address. If you have any questions regarding your pre-work, please contact a FranklinCovey Representative at 1-800-236-5285. You must register at least two weeks prior to The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Principle-Centered Leadership Week workshops to allow enough time to complete your pre-work.
Are FranklinCovey Public Workshops accredited for continuing education credit?

Are FranklinCovey Public Workshops guaranteed?
Yes, they are 100% guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with a FranklinCovey Public Workshop, please call a FranklinCovey Representative at 1-800-236-5285.
What happens when a workshop is cancelled?
FranklinCovey reserves the right to cancel a workshop at anytime. A FranklinCovey Representative will notify you of any cancellations. If a workshop is cancelled, FranklinCovey will reschedule the course, or provide you with a full refund.

Will I be charged tax?
Taxes vary by state, and are determined based on the location where the workshop takes place. Local taxes will be applied and sent with your final invoice.
