How to Certify

Become a FranklinCovey Facilitator and unleash the power of your workforce to focus and execute on top priorities and create sustained, superior performance. FranklinCovey workshops include elements that assess current abilities and prepare people to become expert in many areas of execution and leadership within their organizations.

The steps to certification are the following:

1. Attend a public workshop as a participant
2. Develop an implementation plan with your FranklinCovey Client Partner
3. Get your organization licensed
4. Attend a certification workshop
5. Facilitate your first workshop
6. Send your workshop evaluations to FranklinCovey
7. Work with your Client Partner for continued training and coaching
