Familiar Planner Interface
PlanPlus Online "Home" has a familiar FranklinCovey planning interface that gives you quick access to the key data you need every day, including a Prioritized Daily Task List, Appointment Schedule, and Daily Notes. The interface is built on a simple tab system that allows you to quickly navigate through various planning and tracking modules. Unprecedented drag-and-drop capabilities via the Web allow you to drag tasks to the appointment schedule or to a future date to block out time to work on them. Additionally, you can drag a task from a "B" priority to an "A" to help accelerate the planning process. We also added one of our most popular features in other PlanPlus offerings, the Quick Prioritize feature for organizing tasks.
Weekly Planning Tools
This new Web application includes all of the great FranklinCovey planning tools that allow you to quickly build and review your Mission Statement, Values, Goals, and Weekly Compass. These modules can easily be integrated into the daily planning process through a simple drag and drop. By following this proven planning process, you will spend more time on the most important things in your professional and personal life while eliminating distractions. You will feel more focused and fulfilled every day.
Powerful Contact Management Features
You can easily track leads, organizations, contacts, tasks, and sales opportunities with PlanPlus Online. The software comes complete with a simple sales process that helps you track hundreds, even thousands of customers with ease. When a sales process step is due, you can set a date for follow-up, and the task will show up automatically on your daily task list. Sales teams can collaborate on a single database from anywhere in the world. Managers can quickly report on the sales pipeline and related sales activities. You can quickly search, report on, and manage sales opportunities as well as track and show all activities or history for any client or sales opportunity.
Advanced Search Feature
The built-in search utility is remarkably fast and can search every aspect of the database in seconds. This allows you to quickly find critical information about clients, organizations, sales opportunities, daily notes, tasks, e-mails and much more.
Tracking Critical Information
PlanPlus Online is built to track critical information and to help you quickly organize your information in a simple user interface. The software features tabs that are accessible with the click of the mouse. Information is organized with various views, including the Home view, Appointments, Daily and Master Task Lists, Daily Notes, Organizations, Contacts, and Opportunities. Once the information is in the system, you can easily manage, retrieve, and view important client and personal data. Customized Features and Fields
One of the exciting new features in PlanPlus Online is custom fields. Adding custom fields in the Contact tab, for example, allows you to quickly sort your customers by any given custom field. The software can also be customized in various ways to help you track unique information and processes for your particular line of work.
