Elise Roma has been General Manager of the Northeast Region since 2002. Her strong background in Management and Finance has helped Elise transform and grow the Northeast Region into a focused and profitable sales organization.

Elise came to FranklinCovey following a successful career of 21 years at IMS Health, the world's leading supplier of information solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Having gained experience in a number of increasingly responsible roles, including Vice President of Sales for New Business and Vice President of Marketing and Supplier Management, Elise was a 1998 recipient of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Rising Star Award.

Elise has traveled extensively and has lived in England and in Israel. She and her husband Bob have a son and a daughter and reside in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her leisure pursuits include golf, biking, and skiing.
