Andrea Edwards, Senior Consultant

As Senior Consultant and Director of Client Results for FranklinCovey’s Western Region, Andrea B. Edwards, is passionate about helping clients achieve their wildly important goals. Clients appreciate her commitment to help them achieve their business results and maintain a sense of humanity.

Her audiences enjoy her “real world” wisdom, patience, and insight, as well as her enthusiasm and energy. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her bilingual abilities have provided unprecedented success with clients that require someone who understands their culture and can speak their language.

Andrea has facilitated programs in Canada and in Central and South America. She has also participated in programs in Australia. She enjoys learning from her audiences as well as sharing her accumulated wisdom.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey in 1996, Andrea was National Sales Manager for Data Management Facility. She was also Regional Director for Symbol Technologies and Western Region Sales Manager for VARs, Fujitsu Systems of America.

Andrea’s clients represent a variety of industries including high technology firms, entertainment (network television and the movie industry), food and beverage, and health and beauty. She has also been successful in working with local governmental agencies.

Andrea has earned a B.A. in linguistics from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. She completed a double major Spanish and French and a double minor in Russian and English. She has done graduate work in business with a concentration in sales.

Andrea has twice been president of The National Association of Women Business Owners. She sits on a number of advisory boards in the Los Angeles area. She is an ACT! Certified Consultant and has received her Cold Calling Coach certification.

Andrea lives in Altadena, California. She travels extensively and enjoys riding motorcycles. She also enjoys cooking. Andrea strives for a well-defined balance between working hard and playing hard.
