Used as a reinforcement tool, FranklinCovey’s InSights On Demand can help you continually apply principles you have learned in training.
InSights are short, Web-based, video-rich learning courses based on 15 core competencies. These influential courses reinforce the basics of great leadership, effectiveness, and productivity. The library consists of 63 titles.
These short 20- to 30-minute courses are designed to help you learn at your own pace and at a time that’s convenient for you. Each of the 63 courses starts with one of FranklinCovey’s Hollywood-quality videos followed by introspective questions, a takeaway summary, and a goal-setting form.
InSights On Demand courses will help you extend and reinforce the timeless principles you have experienced in FranklinCovey training that have helped you begin to reshape both your professional and personal life.
Bundling InSights On Demand with FranklinCovey training will give you access to all 63 courses for six months. You will be able to access over two courses each week, reinforcing ongoing development in the competencies below:
