Executive Leadership Week

Overcoming Today's Productivity Crisis

What does it take to get employees focused and executing on your organization's top priorities and initiatives? Consider the evidence of today's productivity crisis:

  • Only 40% of knowledge workers' time is devoted to mission-critical objectives.1
  • A mere 10% of managers are truly focused on priorities. Most are distracted or disengaged from key organizational objectives.2
  • One estimate of the cost of the low productivity among “actively disengaged workers” is $300 billion.

Do you want to achieve new, ambitious objectives? If so, you and your people must agree on new, ambitious standards of behavior. More importantly, you must convert those standards into everyday habits—into the way you do business every day.

The Executive Leadership Summit® promises to prepare senior-level leaders to unleash the power of their workforce, focus this power on a few critical goals, and execute consistently and reliably on the organization's highest priorities.
