Unlike most traditional training, the purpose of The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Manager Work Session is not to develop skills only, but to help managers create actual work plans. The outcome of this work session is to identify the most important goals for each manger and team to pursue, then to create measures and identify the key activities that will predict goal achievement.

About the Course

Taught as a two-day, facilitator-led program, The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Manager Work Session helps to reinforce the critical role of the manager in the execution process. Participants develop a draft of wildly important goals (WIGs), measures, and scoreboards for their teams. They also prepare to sponsor their own Team Work Sessions by drafting a WIG session plan to drive accountability for the measures.
