Hector Hernandez is passionate about helping people unlock the superpowers that will help them succeed at work.
He has experience working across industries—in tech, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, government, and entertainment – and across functional areas – sales, engineering, marketing, legal and HR. Prior to FranklinCovey, Hector spent 11 years at LinkedIn and Blend. He leveraged a highly successful career in sales into leadership coaching and development where he has worked with organizations such as The New York Times, Google, LinkedIn, WeWork, Warby Parker, The NBA, The SF Giants, Hubspot, Amazon and ServiceNow.
Hector enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and boxing. He resides in Connecticut with his wife Jen and their two children (three if we count their long-time canine companion).
