Coaching and Consulting Experience
Emily is an executive coach and leadership consultant with 15 years of industry experience. She has developed and assessed hundreds of high‐potential leaders and C‐Suite executives at Fortune 500 organizations, with a recent focus on C‐level executives in technology. Emily’s expertise is in advising executives on leading through change. This specialism is supported by her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior where she focused her studies on organizational transformation.
She worked with a variety of multi‐national clients as a senior consultant at YSC. Emily’s coaching and consulting experience spans a broad range of clients, such as JPMorgan Chase, PIMCO, Best Buy, Unilever, AstraZenica, BP, InterContinental Hotel Group, Skanska, and Burberry. Across these clients, she has coached leaders with titles ranging from Chief Technology Officer to SVP, VP and Director. In addition to her consulting experience, she has held internal positions in Human Resources and Organizational Development at Citigroup and the entertainment company, Blue Man Group. In these roles she helped build integration leadership and succession pipeline programs and scaled innovative start‐up cultures to sustain leadership growth.

Emily takes a pragmatic approach to executive coaching. She partners with clients in designing measurable and achievable goals, while taking the broader strategic environment and their personal motivations into account. Throughout the process she challenges leaders’ assumptions in order to create new ways of thinking and working. In this way, she helps leaders develop new habits, quickly making them more effective.
Education and Certifications
Emily received a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Yeshiva University.
Emily is a certified professional coach holding two accreditations from the Weatherhead Executive Coaching Program and the HR Coaching Institute Certificate Program. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation. Emily is qualified to use and interpret a number of assessments and tools including, the Emotional and Social Competency 360‐degree Inventory (ESCI), the Hogan Assessment Systems, FIRO‐B, Appreciative Inquiry, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
