Andy Cindrich, Senior Consultant
Andy helps organizations large and small realize dramatically improved performance through dogged focus and relentless execution on what matters most. An expert in "getting things done," Andy was the lead instructional designer for FranklinCovey's acclaimed The 4 Disciplines of Execution. He designed the Work Compass, Measurement Builder, and Importance Screen tools used in that intervention.
Andy brings a wealth of experience working with organizations that are serious about achieving great results. He pushes himself and the teams he works with very hard to ensure success while his engaging sense of humor and enthusiasm for life help make the experience as enjoyable as it is powerful. Since 1999, Andy has worked as a facilitator and senior consultant for various clients in the software, insurance, hospitality, banking, construction, healthcare, chemical, mortgage, technology, telecom, energy, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. He has also worked with branches of the US Armed Forces, the National Guard, and several US government departments and agencies. Andy is also a highly-rated keynote speaker.
Andy has first-hand experience in owning and operating a successful business focused on designing instructional materials, training interventions, strategy, websites, and marketing materials. This background allows Andy to customize the work he does to exactly meet client needs. Andy began his career in education as a teacher and coach, eventually becoming a high school principal and school district school/community resource director.
Andy earned a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and a B.S. in teaching psychology, history and coaching from Brigham Young University after studying design at Kansas State University.
Andy is a master gardener with a passion for homemade salsa. He enjoys coaching his childrens' soccer teams, motorcycling, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and making furniture. He lives near the mountains of Utah with his wife, Suzie, and their three beautiful children.
