Mark has an appreciation for cultural difference that has been cultivated by living in Europe and South America as well as extensive travel. His respect for people is transparent. Prior to his work with FranklinCovey, Mark worked for Inservco, Inc., Dallas, Texas, where he provided intercultural training to business travelers, foreign nationals living in the United States, and American expatriates. He also facilitated team building and leadership training using experiential learning exercises at Maxcomm in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mark worked as a sales representative with General Electric in Los Angeles, California, and as a market research analyst for the Bank of Boston in Argentina.
Mark’s clients represent the credit card, stock brokerage, technology, health care, retail, insurance, aerospace, entertainment, and transportation industries. He has also worked with federal governmental agencies.
Mark earned an M.S. in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management. He also has a B.S. in marketing from B.Y.U. He completed both degrees with academic honors.
Mark lives in Dallas, Texas. He is an avid skier and hits the slopes whenever possible.
