Nancy Moore, Consultant
Senior Consultant, Nancy Moore, is passionate about sharing the power of FranklinCovey’s leadership principles. Her dynamic style enables people and organizations to unleash their full potential for high performance.
Since 1993, when Nancy joined FranklinCovey, she has worked with a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. Her clients continue to be her strongest advocates. Their support is the best evidence of her outstanding ability to meet their needs. She consistently enjoys exceptional performance evaluations from her audiences.
In addition to her work with FranklinCovey, Nancy has extensive experience in education. She has served as a superintendent of schools, a school principal, a curriculum consultant, a university adjunct professor, a director of special education, and a classroom teacher.
Nancy has received numerous awards for her work in public education. She was honored by a United States President in a White House ceremony as principal of one of the nation’s exemplary schools. She has written numerous leadership articles for professional journals and has authored a book, Everything Under the Sun For Teaching, published by McGraw Hill.
Nancy has successfully delivered programs and consulting to clients representing both the public and private sectors. Included are institutions of higher education, public school districts, state and federal governmental agencies, hotel management, telecommunications, food services, medical services, tourism, and pharmaceuticals.
Nancy holds an Ed.D from Brigham Young University. She also earned M.S. in education from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in education from the University of Utah.
In addition to her work as a senior consultant with FranklinCovey, Nancy has served as Vice President of Innovation, Strategy, and Impact as well as Director of Production Creation. She is a master facilitator and is recognized for exceeding client expectations.
Nancy lives in Park City, Utah, with her husband, Rich. She is passionate about running and has completed four marathons including the New York City and Stockholm, Sweden, Marathons. She loves skiing—both on snow and water—backpacking, adventure travel, sailing, and bridge. She has traveled extensively in the United States as well as internationally.
