Laurie is an executive and leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator with deep experience in accelerating leaders and their teams to high performance across industries. As an executive coach, she develops leaders to elevate the ways that they lead people, set strategy, and accomplish goals. She is known for her ability to transform people, cultures, and workplaces and has coached and consulted with all levels of leaders, from C-Suite to Front Line Managers and Supervisors.

Laurie is dedicated to meeting leaders where they are to quickly form a relationship of trust. Each leader has inherent strengths, preferences, and abilities, some of which work in their favor as promotions and opportunities come, and some which derail them along their career path. Working with the leader and support team, she helps the executive identify gaps and gain self-awareness about what’s getting in the way of success, while building on strengths for future success. She is skilled at bringing teams together to build trust quickly, set strategy, and move toward common goals.

Business and Career Background

Laurie spent over 35 years in the banking and investment industries, where she held leadership positions in operations, sales, and marketing before transitioning her talents into Learning and Leadership Development. She spent the last 17 years of her corporate career in leadership roles at The Vanguard Group and Wells Fargo. Previous to this, she spent 20 years in the world of Savings and Loans. At Wells Fargo, Laurie served as the VP of Learning and Development, where she led teams of internal consultants in this group. Those teams provided functional training to lending unit team members. She also consulted, developed, designed and facilitated team-building sessions for the business leaders to focus on performance acceleration.

Education and Certification

Laurie completed her coach certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is a PCC level coach through the International Coach Federation. She has a BA in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership through the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Laurie has certifications in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Energy Leadership Index Assessment, Drexler Sibbet Team Performance Model, and the 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. She is proficient with DiSC assessments and a variety of training programs, including the Achieve Global suite of courses. She also is skill in PDI 360 Feedback.
