Registration may be completed initially without payment. This will provide a notification of your intent to attend. However, payment must be made before your course takes place. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I register now and pay later?

    Yes. Registration may be completed initially without payment. This will provide a notification of your intent to attend. However, payment must be made before your course takes place. Government Purchase Cards (GPC) accepted. Upon completion of your registration (without payment) select “invoice” and provide your purchasing agent for processing.

  • What materials will be provided?

    Facilitator materials to support both Live In-Person and Live-Online delivery will be provided. Hard-copy materials will be shipped to your specified mailing address, and digital material files will be provided via a secure link for download. In addition, you will receive 2-year access to our online learning library, the All Access Pass®, to complete the associated pre-work and for ongoing content review.

  • What pre-work is required for the certification course?

    There is a set of 7 Habits and Speed of Trust foundational learning modules that are provided as preparation for your certification course. These learning modules are accessed online via the FranklinCovey All Access Pass®. A list of required modules will be provided with your login credentials.

  • Can my spouse attend the certification with me?

    Yes. Any additional attendees will need to complete the program registration. Any spouse who is certifying in a Strong Bonds program is doing so under the approval and support of the sponsor’s command/unit.

  • What time will the certification start and end each day?

    The schedule is set for 8:30am – 4:30pm ET. However, times may be slightly adjusted to better suit attendees across multiple time zones. We will notify you of any modifications to the schedule.

  • What if I need to cancel or change my registration date?

    You may cancel your registration up to two weeks before the training with no penalty. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If you cannot participate on the date you are scheduled for, please call us with at least two weeks’ notice at 801-900-9776, and we will assist you in finding another date.

  • Can the certification course be presented on-site or online as an exclusive session for my organization?

  • Can I make an audio or video recordings of the certification event?

    No. We do not allow any audio or video recording of our certification events.
