With more than 25 years of experience as a corporate business leader, learning leader, and executive coach, Bobby brings understanding and empathy to every coaching engagement. Bobby’s corporate background includes senior level roles at Builders FirstSource and Greyhound Lines. Among his career achievements, Bobby led holistic culture change strategies that significantly reduced customer complaints, lowered safety incidents and costs, improved community engagement, and created a more respectful workplace environment for all.

He has provided consulting and coaching to Corporate and Regional VPs, Directors, department heads, small business owners, and high-potential managers across multiple functional areas such as operations, marketing, sales, finance and accounting, shipping, human resources, IT, municipal regulatory compliance, and customer service.
