Greg has been in leadership development for over 29 years—as an executive leader, as a managing director and as a consultant, coach and facilitator at some of the world’s most admired companies.
Greg has worked with tech giants like Apple, Microsoft, Salesforce and Oracle; and manufacturing leaders at Boeing and Caterpillar; with US Federal contractors like Leidos and staff at the US House of Representatives, HUD and the Fed; and with leaders at global pharma firms like Pfizer and Takeda. Greg has also facilitated sales negotiation courses at UPS.
Greg works regularly with leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
Greg’s focus with his clients is to ensure there is a line of sight to driving results through the one-on-one interactions between leaders and their team members. Additionally, he inspires leaders to build trust and accountability
