Dr. Todd Wangsgard

For more than three decades, he has partnered with leaders and organizations to unlock potential through meaningful reflection, courageous growth, and purposeful action. Todd brings over 30 years of experience delivering FranklinCovey programs to audiences around the world. Prior to FranklinCovey, he led organizational learning and leadership initiatives at Intermountain Healthcare and Alliant Techsystems (now Northrop Grumman). While at IHC, Todd established the first corporate university in healthcare within the Intermountain West.

Earlier in his career, Todd spent a decade with the Boy Scouts of America, including three years as a camp director—an experience that shaped his lifelong commitment to mentoring, character development, and experiential learning.

Todd’s doctoral research focused on mentoring and coaching, contributing to evidence-based practices for leader development. He is a published member of Sigma Iota Epsilon, the professional management honor society. Todd has led high-stakes projects across four industries and is especially passionate about helping organizations align human-centered leadership with disciplined processes to create measurable and lasting value.
