LiveClicks - Webinar Workshops, both 2-hour and full-day (three 90-minute) sessions, led by certified FranklinCovey instructors. Cost is $159 per 2-hour workshop and $275-$375 for full-day webinars.
To Enroll in a LiveClicks Course:
- Please discuss your registration with your supervisor. All costs will be charged back to your cost center at the end of the quarter. Note: SDGE employees are not personally responsible for the payment of registration fees.
- Review the course selections and the session dates. Then, select the class you would like to attend.
- Complete the registration form. You will receive a registration confirmation email within 24 business hours. This email will provide details about attending and participating in the webinar.
Before You Attend
What do I need to bring with me?
On the day of the seminar, your name will be listed on the roster; it is not necessary to bring any paperwork. You may wish to bring a pen and paper for notes.
Can someone else attend with me?
Yes. Call our customer service center for seating availability at 1-800-391-1492 and enroll them today. Walk-in registrations are available the day of the program on a space-available basis.
What are the age requirements for attending a seminar?
Minors aged 14 or under are not permitted. Anyone between the ages of 15-17 wishing to attend must have a paid registration and be accompanied by a paid attendee of 18 years or older.
What time does the seminar or webinar start?
Start times vary based on the workshop you are attending. Start times are listed on the website in Eastern time for live-online events, and local time for live classroom events. Please refer to your confirmation email for your course’s start time.
What if I need to cancel?

How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled seminar?
Our Customer Service Department will notify you by fax, e-mail, and/or mail if any changes are made to your scheduled seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation). Be sure to add [email protected] to your email address book so you are sure to receive these messages. You may confirm your seminar location at any time by keying the event # in the search box at the top of any page.
