Elevate and Sustain Hospital Patient Experience Scores
Elevating and sustaining patient experience scores isn’t about adding new initiatives; it’s about removing operational friction in daily care.
Hospital leaders today are navigating relentless pressure—staffing shortages, throughput demands, regulatory requirements, the rapid push for new technology adoption and rising patient expectations.
As these pressures intensify, execution often breaks down. The result? Variability across units, teams, and service lines leading to inconsistent patient experience scores. But the cure isn’t found in doing more; it comes from systemizing a few critical behaviors, and executing them consistently, to make a measurable and lasting impact at scale.
Join Chris McChesney, bestselling author of The 4 Disciplines of Execution, and Doug Puzey, Strategy Execution Practice Leader at FranklinCovey, to learn how to close the gap between strategy and daily care to drive measurable improvements in patient experience and sustain those gains over time.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:
- Align your teams around a few vital behaviors that have the greatest impact on patient experience scores.
- Utilize a proven system that drives consistency across key operational responsibilities such as rounding, responsiveness, communication, and discharge protocols.
- Foster a culture of accountability where patient experience becomes a standard in practice, rather than merely a priority in theory.
Register now to turn patient experience from an initiative into a reliably delivered standard—and see the impact in your scores.
