President, Enterprise Division
Paul Walker is beginning his twenty-first year with FranklinCovey. Today, he serves as the company’s president and chief operating officer.
Paul’s career at FranklinCovey began in 2000 as a sales development associate. He was quickly promoted to client partner, then became an area director in the Chicago area. In 2007, Paul stepped into the role of general manager over the Central sales region, including 11 U.S. states and Ontario.
In 2014, Paul also assumed responsibility for FranklinCovey’s United Kingdom business, spearheading efforts to ensure international direct offices operated consistently with the organizational strategy.
Paul relocated to the company’s Utah headquarters in 2016 and served as executive vice president of global sales and delivery, followed by president of the Enterprise division. In the last five years, he has led many digital transformation projects, including the transition to the FranklinCovey All Access Pass. Paul has also been closely involved with the Education and International Partner divisions, as well as with three major acquisitions.
Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He currently resides in the Salt Lake City area with his wife and four children.
