Donald has been a successful executive coach, organizational consultant and researcher for over 25 years. His research focuses on organizational commitment and effective personality styles in management.

Business and Career Background

Donald’s consulting experience includes businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small entrepreneurial ventures and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) companies. In these organizations, Donald has been involved in the selection of new senior executives and worked with them through the onboarding transition. In many of these companies, Donald facilitated strategic planning and team building for the senior leadership teams.

Donald’s executive coaching industry experience includes work with senior leaders in accounting, consulting, private financial investment, IT learning and programming, consumer goods, manufacturing, service providers, construction/engineering development and hospitality. Within these industries, Donald has coached an extensive variety of job positions such as Partner, Principal, CEO, CFO, SVP Sales, COO, CIO, VP Product Development and VP of Design.

Education and Certifications

Donald has been a trustee of the California School of Professional Psychology and a recipient of an American Psychological Association fellowship. He holds a B.A. from Occidental College and a Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology. He has also been actively involved in YPO and World Presidents Organization (WPO) for over two decades.

Donald is qualified to use and interpret the MBTI, 16PF, Campbell Leadership Index, Harrison Interview and Hogan Assessment Systems. He is also certified in the Center for Creative Leadership – Tools for Developing Successful Executives.
