Rogelio Marroquin

Rogelio has over 30 years of combined experience as a coach, consultant, trainer, and leader across the corporate spectrum. As an executive coach, Rogelio has partnered with many leaders of diverse backgrounds working in Fortune 500 companies to help improve their overall self-awareness and leadership effectiveness. He is certified in individual and team coaching and is fluent in both English as Spanish. He has coached across all levels from director to C-Suite, and various functional areas across a wide range of industries. 

Throughout his career, Rogelio experienced the coaching process himself – and has since taken what he has learned to pay it forward. In working with participants, one-on-one or in groups, Rogelio helps leaders increase their self-awareness by assisting in the discovery of new insights about strengths and opportunities, assisting them in creating development plans, and coaches them to discover and improve their leadership skills and more importantly, their effectiveness. 

Rogelio is a former successful executive leader turned coach with over 30+ years of corporate experience. His leadership experience includes roles as Vice President/General Manager – Sales, Marketing & Operations, Director Customer Operations, and many more leadership roles leading to an extensive career. He has led all aspects of sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. Along with a full P&L responsibility, he has lead teams, large and small, into achievement of corporate goals, objectives, and targets. 

Over his career, Rogelio has been highly active donating his time to local and national non-profit organizations throughout the years. He has participated and led multiple non-profit boards giving him the opportunity to lead outside the corporate realm. 

Rogelio earned his B.S. and M.B.A. in Business and Business Management from University of Phoenix and completed multiple Executive Leadership programs at Northwestern University as well as Center for Creative Leadership. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certified and experienced in the following leadership assessments such as Birkman, EQ-i & EQ360, DiSC, Lominger Voices 360, Korn Ferry, and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
