Over the last 15 years, Will has been a trusted executive coach and consultant in leadership and organizational development to help people become their best and most authentic selves.
He has facilitated many world-class workshops for startups and established global matrixed companies from Management Consulting, e-Commerce, FinTech, EdTech, AdTech, Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and Non-Profits. Many of his leadership programs contributed to increased employee engagement by 20%, even during the pandemic.
As a cross-cultural leader, he partnered with clients to consult and deliver leadership programs to drive business results. In the past 5 years, he has helped develop four companies and their leaders. His efforts contributed to them receiving Top 20 on Built in LA’s Best Places to Work and one organization receiving Top 3 on Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and an advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion, he has a passion for community building. He serves as the board chairman and senior leader for non-profits to elevate Asian and Pacific Islanders (API) communities through mentorship, coaching, and facilitated workshops.
