Patrick Leddin, PhD, is a New York Times bestselling author, former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger, entrepreneur, professor at Vanderbilt University, and FranklinCovey Senior Consultant who helps leaders turn uncertainty into momentum. He is co-author of FranklinCovey’s new leadership book, Expect a Lot, Care a Lot: How 6 Critical Practices Create High-Performing Teams, releasing October 6, 2026, with pre-orders available now. 

Patrick is also the co-author of the New York Times bestseller, Disrupt Everything—and Win, alongside the world’s bestselling author, James Patterson.

An avid outdoorsman, Patrick has summited several mountains, including Mount Kilimanjaro. He lives in Nashville with his wife, Jamie, and enjoys spending time with their grown children, their spouses, and their grandchild.
