A former professor at Vanderbilt University, Patrick taught Corporate Strategy, Negotiation, and Crisis Leadership for 11 years and led The Disruption Project, a multi-year research initiative exploring how leaders and organizations thrive in times of rapid change.
An avid outdoorsman, Patrick has summited several mountains, including Mount Kilimanjaro. He lives in Nashville with his wife, Jamie, and enjoys spending time with their grown children, their spouses, and their grandchild.
