Tony Morris, Consultant
Professional is the word that best describes Senior Consultant, Tony Morris. Tony’s energy, coupled with his commitment to make learning enjoyable, makes him a favorite with FranklinCovey clients. Tony’s workshops get results!
Tony Morris’s previous work prepared him for his success as a FranklinCovey consultant. Tony spent 16 years in hotel management with Tollman Hundley, as well as Marriot Hotels and Resorts. He held a number of positions including General Manager, Director of Training and Development, and Director of Human Resources. Tony learned first hand the importance of an organization’s work force to its success. Today he shares his insights and experiences with workshop participants.
Tony has worked successfully with a variety of clients representing a variety of industries including automotive, health care, hotel and restaurant, petroleum and energy, retail, banking and lending, pharmaceutical research, and a number of service organizations. He has also worked with educational groups as well as with county and city governmental agencies.
Tony holds a B.S. in Business Management from California Coast University. He is certified in Myers Briggs, Situational Leadership, Behavioral Interviewing, and Gallup's SRI interviewing.
For his outstanding work at FranklinCovey, Tony has achieved President’s Club status four times. He has also received the prestigious Summit Award twice, and he has been honored as Consultant of the Year for the Western Region.
Tony lives in southern California with his wife, Carol, and five children. He volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America and also enjoys playing tennis, boating, and reading.
