Ken Spence, Consultant
Ken Spence is a training consultant with FranklinCovey, with twenty years experience in management development, both in design and delivery.
As a training consultant for FranklinCovey Canada, Ken Spence has delivered programs for a wide range of companies from coast to coast. Ken has been widely recognized as a skilled presenter of workshops including Project Management, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and The 4 Roles of Leadership along with other FranklinCovey workshops. His experience in management and organizational development has helped guide clients to higher levels of human effectiveness.
Ken has over 20 years of diverse corporate experience in operations management, human resources, marketing and executive leadership roles in the hospitality and technology industries. He has held several senior executive positions including: Vice President, Human Resources and vice President General Manager with leading hospitality chains. Prior to joining FranklinCovey, he was responsible for training, succession planning and executive education for Siemens Canada.
Ken has served on curriculum advisory committees at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, Centennial College and Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. In recognition of his outstanding skills, Ken was nominated for a Canadian Award of Excellence in Human Resources Development and he received an award for his contributions to education from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
Ken's personal interests include fishing, reading and auto racing. He is an avid guitar player and music enthusiast.
Ken rsides in Mississauga, ontario with his wife and two children.
