Patricia Lambert, Consultant
Participants in Patricia’s seminars are impressed with the combination of knowledge, warmth and humour she brings to her facilitating. With 20 years experience in the training industry, her talent is widely recognized across Canada. With her commitment to excellence, she supports our clients in creating high-trust cultures rooted in enduring principles of effectiveness within their organizations.
Prior to joining FranklinCovey in 1992, Patricia was the National Director of Training for a training company based in Montreal. She delivered customized workshops, led the train-the-trainer program and designed facilitator manuals for their licensees. She has sold financial products and has performed as a concert pianist.
CBC Radio invited Patricia to be their on-air “Desk Doctor,” advising listeners on organizational skills and efficiency. She has also appeared on the CTV National News as an expert in balancing work and home in the new economy.
Patricia has worked with many clients representing a variety of industries including government (municipal, provincial and federal), retail, telecommunications, education, banking, oil and gas, high tech, pharmaceuticals and hospitality.
Patricia has earned a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria, a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Queen’s University at Kingston, and an ARCT from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto.
She has been a member of FranklinCovey’s President’s Club, awarded to the organization’s highest achievers.
Patricia lives in Vancouver, BC, with her husband, Jeff. She enjoys travelling the world (and is well on her way to reaching her goal of visiting all seven continents), as well as spending time with the nine kids in her life, gourmet cooking, entertaining and interior design.
