Beth Burright, Consultant

S. Elizabeth (Beth) Burright specializes in personal and organizational leadership development.  She possesses in-depth expertise in values-based strategic planning, facilitating personal productivity seminars, leadership coaching, and designing experiential-based learning workshops.    

Beth has designed and led values-based strategic planning initiatives in a number of organizations ranging from small divisions to an organization of more than 5,000 employees.  She has taught more than 1,000 personal productivity seminars to hundreds of companies and government organizations in the United States and Asia. Her experience also includes the design and facilitation of numerous leadership retreats that successfully met the results desired by senior management.  Beth is currently providing leadership skills coaching to over 60 mid and senior level executives.  

Beth is certified to teach a variety of FranklinCovey’s personal productivity and leadership programs that includes The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Focus (time management), Writing Advantage, Presentation Advantage, Project Management, and Leadership.   

Prior to becoming a consultant, Beth served FranklinCovey for fourteen years in a variety of facilitation, leadership, and sales roles.  Her first role was the manager of Federal Government business development growing that business to a multi-million dollar level.  She also taught personal leadership seminars and was recognized as one of FranklinCovey’s top facilitators.  Her last position at FranklinCovey was director of project management business development.  In that role Beth was successful in tripling project management training and consulting sales in two years increasing from less than one million dollars to over three million dollars per year.

Beth has served in human resources management, equal employment opportunity, and organizational development roles in several Federal Government organizations.  She was continually recognized as a top performer bringing innovation and “outside the dots” thinking to her assigned organizations.

Beth enjoys married life and is a faithful University of Missouri football fan.  She enjoys lifting weights and spending time on a treadmill.  Beth and her husband are avid skiers, bikers, and hikers in the Rocky Mountains.  She also leads programs at her church and participates in choir activities.   Beth and her husband have a blended family of four children and are currently enjoying the “empty nest” lifestyle!
