Maxim has over 15 years of management consulting, leadership development and executive coaching experience. He works with senior executive teams of the leading Russian and multinational companies operating in Russia, and his major focus is strategy and goal clarity, aligning organizational systems, change management and execution. As an executive coach, he enhances management paradigm shift, value-based leadership and result-driven performance.
Maxim is a co-founder and a program director of MTI - a leading management consulting company and a FranklinCovey licensee in Russia. He is a key contributor to the Russian localization of FranklinCovey products, and manages certification for MTI consultants in 7 Habits, Leadership, 4 Disciplines of Execution, Speed of Trust.
Maxim is a translator-editor of the Russian editions of The Seven Habits, Speed of Trust, Leader in Me bestseller books.
Prior to starting MTI in 1993, Maxim held executive positions with a Russian machine-building company “Krasny Proletary” and with a central government agency.
Maxim lives in Moscow and enjoys spending his time with the family, going to the countryside, and to the sea.
