Heather leads FranklinCovey’s Leadership Practice for the Southeast region.  She is responsible for the design and development of FranklinCovey’s leadership framework and processes, leading the Southeast consulting team, and delivering consulting services to clients.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Heather served as an advanced consultant for Gallup Consulting.  She was responsible for the application of Gallup Consulting science and practice areas of talent selection, workforce and marketplace engagement, leadership development, succession planning, change management, and performance management. In her role, she was accountable to achieve various profitability, productivity, retention, and client-specific outcome metrics. Heather led the initiation, design, build, management, and measurement of client engagements in pharmaceutical, consumer products and services, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. She planned the resourcing needs and execution of internal research, intervention, and consulting team members. 

Prior to joining Gallup, Heather worked for Pfizer’s global world headquarters in New York City for nearly a decade. In her role, she developed and led the strategy and implementation of marketing initiatives for two of the company’s largest and most profitable products.  She gained product launch and global business planning experience from various roles.

Heather received her bachelor’s degree in communications management from Missouri State University. She has completed course work for a master’s degree in Organizational Systems and Psychology from Saybrook Graduate School in San Francisco.
