Desiree Saddler is passionate about helping businesses build strong teams that communicate clearly and work efficiently under pressure. Clients value her expertise in leading process improvement initiatives combined with her ability to connect with diverse groups.

Desiree has taught over 1500 workshops and has designed curriculum in numerous content areas including management and supervision, leadership, communication, meeting management, diversity development, performance management, customer service, team building, sexual harassment, and new manager/employee orientation.

Desiree has worked successfully with clients representing a variety of industries including banking, travel, insurance, consulting, manufacturing, and food and beverage. She has also worked with governmental agencies, educational organizations, and non-profit organizations.

Desiree holds an M.A in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix. She also has a B.A. in psychology with an emphasis in human resources from California State University in Long Beach.

Desiree has a number of certifications including National Instructor, American Red Cross; Certified Facilitator, Interest Based Approach (IBA); Certified Instructor, Achieve Global; Certified Facilitator, Parent Expectations for Student Achievement (PESA).

Desiree lives in Los Angeles. She is married and has two sons. She enjoys snow skiing, skating, and movies. She is involved in church, community activities, and volunteers in her sons’ schools.
