Gary Richins, Consultant
Owning and operating a successful business gives Senior Consultant, Gary Richins, an edge in helping clients execute on their most important priorities. He has “walked the talk” and can relate to challenges inherent in today’s market.
In his 20 years with FranklinCovey, Gary has delivered over 4,000 seminars. Clients describe him as motivational, thought-provoking, and dynamic. They consistently invite him back.
Prior to his work at FranklinCovey, Gary, an entrepreneur at heart, owned his own company. He learned first hand the importance of hiring good people and providing them with skills that ensured customer expectations were met and exceeded.
Early in Gary’s tenure, FranklinCovey recognized his potential by awarding him the title, Rookie Consultant of the Year. For outstanding achievement, he has been invited five times to membership in FranklinCovey’s President’s Club.
Gary’s clients represent a number of industries including automotive, healthcare, banking and lending, petroleum and energy, retail, pharmaceutical research, as well as a number of service organizations. He has also worked with educational organizations as well as county and city governmental agencies.
A devoted husband and father, Gary and his wife, Jamie, live in Kamas, Utah. They have five children. They enjoy basketball, water sports, snowboarding, and riding horses. Gary is an accomplished musician and has won several awards for his singing. Gary’s real strength comes from living the principles he teaches.
