She believes leveraging the contributions of both and understanding the human part of implementing strategy is what enables organizations to thrive. In the most engaging way, she uses work sessions to enlighten the hearts and minds of clients so that they are inspired to do what’s required to reach their goals.
Marché has been with FranklinCovey for over 15 years. She has been the subject matter expert for 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and is currently on the Consultant Coaching Team that supports and reinforces the quality of our world class consultants. She is also a co-author of FranklinCovey’s upcoming book on leading change.
