Alba has spent her career with Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, and KPMG management consulting. She has global experience in operations, industrial engineering, vehicle launches, management consulting, e-commerce, and information technology. Alba has consistently demonstrated her ability to improve organizational effectiveness and bottom line performance. At Ford Motor Company, she was responsible for 67 manufacturing plants across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific region. She managed a $2 million IT budget, identified $80 million in savings and implemented $38 million in a two-year period, and led benchmarking and optimization efforts to help plants identify improvements that resulted in $106 million in cost reduction.

Alba holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer & Information Sciences from University of Florida. She also holds an MBA from University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is fluent in Spanish and English and is conversational in Portuguese.
