Heather has over a decade of experience in executive coaching with global Fortune 500 organizations. As an executive coach, Heather combines deep knowledge of world-class FranklinCovey content such as 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, among others, with her business expertise to create high-impact business results for leaders. A few of Heather’s clients include Merck, Coca Cola, LexisNexis, KPMG, Center for Disease Control, BRPH engineering and architecture firm, and Cox Automotive.
Heather’s coaching areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: high potential development and role transition; sustained behavior change, effectiveness and productivity; building credibility and influence through high-trust leadership and relationships; vision, communication and business management.
Heather served as an Advanced Consultant for Gallup Consulting. She was responsible for the application of Gallup Consulting science and practice areas of talent selection, workforce and marketplace engagement, leadership development, succession planning and change and performance management. In her role, she was accountable to achieve measurable profitability, productivity, retention, and client-specific outcomes.
Prior to joining Gallup, Heather worked for Pfizer’s global world headquarters in New York City for nearly a decade. In her role, she developed and led the strategy of analytics for two of the company’s largest and most profitable products.
Education and Certifications
Heather received her bachelor’s degree in communications management from Missouri State University. She has completed course work for a master’s degree in Organizational Systems and Psychology from Saybrook Graduate School in San Francisco.
