Coaching and Consulting Experience
Louise brings thirty years of experience working with organizations in a variety of talent management and leadership development roles. Overall, she focuses on aligning organizations to their strategy through coaching and executive education. More specifically, Louise works with senior executives and their teams to improve leadership and organizational performance through executive assessment, coaching, and organizational consulting. Louise has successfully coached leaders in a broad variety of positions, with specific emphasis on the C-suite, general managers, and functional leaders with global responsibilities. She also has a special focus on coaching women new to senior leadership positions.
Business and Career Background
Prior to forming Global Executive Development Partners, Louise spent fifteen years as a global consultant in the New York area, followed by fifteen years of progressive leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies. Louise brings experience across multiple industries including aerospace, agriculture, financial services, food & consumer products, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, technology, and telecommunications. During her career, she has worked for companies such as Bank of America, EMC Corporation, HJ Heinz and AT&T. Louise served in roles such as Global Head of Talent Development and SVP – Executive Development at these firms.
Louise is also a public speaker and consults on global leadership development, women in senior leadership, and mid-career executive on-boarding. She is an author and frequent guest lecturer in executive programs. Louise is a certified mentor at Davidson College, a certified coach in the McColl School Leadership Coaching Program at Queens University of Charlotte, and serves the Girl Scouts of Charlotte, North Carolina on the Gold Award Committee.
Education and Certifications
Louise earned her M.A. in Human & Organizational Development and a Ph.D. in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Bridgeport earning a B.S. in Management & Industrial Relations. She earned her PCC and Board Certified Executive Coach (BCC) and completed the Evidence Based Coaching Program from Fielding Graduate University.
Louise is certified in the Global Tucker Assessment Profile (GLTAP), the Actualized Leader Profile (ALP) and Group Leader Profile (GLP), the Global Competency Inventory (GCI), Korn/Ferry viaEdge Leadership Agility, and several 5-factor assessments including the Hogan Assessment Suite, CenTACS and Lumina 5-Factor, TAIS, MBTI, TMP, and DiSC. While Louise prefers to design executive workshops to meet specific needs, she is a certified facilitator in VitalSmarts Crucial Conversations, Pritchett, Harvard Program on Negotiation, and Crisis Management from Yale School of Medicine.
