Trish’s corporate experience includes a successful track record of building strong client relationships. At Young & Rubicam, she held senior executive roles in account management serving clients in fast food, packaged goods, automotive, technology, and real estate. With P+L responsibility, she grew revenue over 500% and served in a variety of leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer in Irvine, CA. Under her leadership, the agency expanded to over 500 employees. At The Leo Burnett Company, she led cross-functional teams in the development of business building programs, consumer strategy, and advertising.
Trish has a broad base of experience with corporate clients in various industries including banking, automotive, retail, energy, public utilities, software, real estate, consumer packaged goods, consulting, insurance, fast food, life sciences, insurance, health and beauty, and manufacturing.
Education and Certifications
Trish holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Certified by The Hudson Institute of Coaching, she has a PCC level credential with the International Coaching Federation and is a Linkage faculty coach. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, Myers Briggs Type Instrument, Peter Hawkins Systemic Team Coaching, Learning in Action Technologies for EQ, Bregman Leadership Coaching, and various 360 assessments.
