FranklinCovey is honored to partner with the U.S. Air Force in support of the Strong Bonds program by providing live-online facilitator certification in our suite of custom 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® and Speed of Trust® programs for Airmen, families, and couples.
Each of the listed certification programs will include self-guided pre-work to be completed prior to the 2-day workshop and certification sessions.
Course registration may be completed without purchase. This will provide a notification of your intent to attend. However, purchase will be required a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the scheduled course start date to finalize and confirm course registration. Government Purchase Card (GPC) is accepted.

Can I register now and pay later?
Yes. Registration without purchase will provide notification of your intent to attend the course but this does not provide a confirmation for attendance. Purchase must be made a minimum of 2-weeks prior to the course start date to confirm your attendance. Upon completion of your registration (without payment) select “invoice” and provide your purchasing agent for processing. What materials will be provided?
Facilitator materials to support both Live In-Person and Live-Online delivery will be provided. Packaged materials will be shipped to your specified mailing address, and digital material files will be provided via a secure link for download. In addition, you will receive 12-month access to our On Demand learning library to complete the associated pre-work for your certification.
What pre-work is required for the certification course?
There is a set of either 7 Habits or Speed of Trust foundational learning modules that are provided as preparation for your certification course. These learning modules (FranklinCovey Excelerators®) are accessed via the On Demand learning library. A list of required modules will be provided with your On Demand learning library access.
Can my spouse attend the certification with me?
Yes. Any additional attendees will need to complete the program registration. Any spouse who is certifying in a Strong Bonds program is doing so under the approval and support of the sponsor’s command/unit.
What time will the certification course begin each day?
Start times are set at 9 am Eastern. However, times may be adjusted to better suit attendees across multiple time zones. Please refer to your confirmation email for your certification course’s start time.
What if I need to cancel?
You may cancel your registration up to two weeks before the training with no penalty. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If you cannot participate on the date you are scheduled for, please call us with at least two weeks’ notice at 800-391-1492, and we will assist you in finding another date.
How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled certification course?
Our customer service department will notify you by phone or email if any changes are made to your scheduled certification course.
Can the certification course be presented on-site or online as an exclusive session for my organization?

Can I make an audio or video recording of the seminar or webinar?
No. We do not allow any audio or video recording of our seminars or webinar.
