Laurel Hauck is an experienced educator, facilitator, and leadership coach who specializes in designing interactive, engaging workshops.
A former high school English teacher, she spent fifteen years serving public schools across California and Colorado in roles ranging from classroom teacher to educational coach and trainer. Today, she facilitates for FranklinCovey, bringing deep expertise in engagement, building relationships, and team effectiveness.
After leaving the classroom, Laurel earned her coaching certification in Brain-Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute and completed her ICF accreditation in 2025. Her academic foundation and coaching credentials inform her structured, research-based approach to sustainable individual and team transformation.
