Jennifer Colosimo

Jennifer Colosimo is a Senior Consultant, bestselling author, host of FranklinCovey’s On Leadership podcast, and co-author of FranklinCovey’s new leadership book, Expect a Lot, Care a Lot: How 6 Critical Practices Create High-Performing Teams, releasing October 6, 2026, with pre-orders available now. A former global executive, she helps organizations turn leadership principles into lasting impact. 

Previously, Jennifer served as president of FranklinCovey’s enterprise division and as senior vice president of sales and operations for the United States and Canada. She has also led teams in IT, learning and development, and corporate social responsibility at Accenture, DaVita, FranklinCovey, and several private equity-backed organizations. Additionally, she is the co-author of Great Work, Great Career with Dr. Stephen R. Covey. 

Jennifer has been a featured keynote speaker and panelist at conferences around the world, speaking on business acumen, strategy execution, culture change, team performance, employee engagement, and women in leadership. She has delivered keynotes and on-site training to more than 50,000 people across 45 states and 12 countries. Her career spans executive team development, global operations, finance and operations for a Training Top 125 and LearningElite-recognized corporate university, enterprise system implementations, process improvement, and leading the corporate social responsibility and sustainability functions of a Fortune 200 organization. 

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and her graduate degree from Purdue University. Her volunteer work focuses on character-based leadership development for women and girls. She serves as a trustee for the Women’s Foundation of Colorado and previously served for a decade on the board of Girl Scouts of Colorado. She lives with her husband, Will, and their beloved dog, Rex, and enjoys receiving the occasional text from her grown daughters.
