Dariusz Paczuski serves as FranklinCovey’s chief marketing officer.
Dariusz Paczuski is a global marketing executive with 25+ years of experience driving customer-led growth, repositioning brands, and leading digital transformation across media, services, and technology companies. He was most recently the Global CMO at G-P, the leading global employment platform, where he launched Gia, a global HR agent powered by AI. Previously, he served as Global CMO at EDB, the #1 Postgres Data and AI Platform.
Dariusz has held marketing leadership roles at media companies and tech pioneers, including Verizon, Yahoo, Microsoft, Tellme, AOL, Netscape, and NBC. His experience spans public and private, VC and PE-backed, and subscription and advertising-based companies with revenues up to $7.5 billion. Across categories—regardless of market conditions, competition, or challenges—Dariusz brings a customer-led growth mindset to amplify brands and accelerate business growth.
Dariusz is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program, Microsoft Member Bench, and the GE Financial Management Program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an International Business Certificate from California State University Long Beach. He also earned a swimming scholarship and competed internationally for the Norwegian swim team. Dariusz lives with his family in Menlo Park, California.
