Stephanie Talbot

Stephanie joined FranklinCovey in 1995 and has since held a variety of leadership positions within the company. Her journey through the organization reflects both her versatility and her deep-seated passion for serving others. She has served as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Human Resource Manager, Director, and most recently as Vice President of People Services—each time, leaving a lasting mark on the people and teams she’s supported.

With each chapter of her career, Stephanie has helped FranklinCovey attract, develop, and retain top talent while building scalable systems that align with the organization’s mission and values. Her leadership has been instrumental in navigating times of change, supporting employee wellbeing, and ensuring that FranklinCovey remains a workplace of choice where achievers with heart can thrive and grow.

Stephanie graduated cum laude with a degree from the University of Utah. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, her ability to translate vision into action, and her dedication to building values-driven workplaces. She currently lives at the base of the Wasatch mountains with her husband and three children.
