Doug Faber optimizes the effectiveness of Executive Teams and Executive leaders. He has delivered a combination of 12,000 hours Consulting & Coaching mastery – partnering 1:1, with Executive Teams, and broader organizations since joining FranklinCovey in 2006.

He’s masterful in his chameleon-like ability to successfully connect at any level, from the boardroom to the frontline. Whether keynoting to audiences of thousands, or coaching 1:1, Doug’s greatest strength is his ability to personally connect & quickly assimilate and translate metrics into a shared, purposeful, language; Doug adeptly identifies the leverage within a leader’s business and helps them to act on that leverage. He’s industry-agnostic and prefers coaching senior executives, both 1:1 and with their intact teams.
