Coaching and Consulting Experience

Jessica brings nearly 15 years of professional and organizational development experience ranging from consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, and sales enablement. She empowers leaders to reach new awareness, gain valuable insights, and take on exciting challenges that help them realize their fullest potential and make a greater impact in their careers. She has significant experience developing mid- to senior-level leaders and their teams through significant change and disruption. 

Jessica works with companies of all sizes across a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, oil and gas, financial services, hospitality, energy, higher education, logistics, supply chain, and non-profit. She leverages a strengths-based, data-driven, and participatory process informed by proven instruments and feedback to help leaders become more successful. She also works with FranklinCovey’s content suite as a facilitator and client-facing instructional designer. Jessica also teaches in the CoachRice program at Rice University and serves as a supervisor/mentor coach. 

Career Background

Throughout Jessica’s career, she has worked to in sales and sales leadership, talent development and business management consulting. She has led large-scale change management initiatives, consulted on enterprise-wide system implementations, developed communication and sales strategies, and designed full-scale people and culture programs. She has conducted team interventions and workshops for leaders in transition and teams experiencing disruption.

Jessica received her doctorate in HR Development with specializations in Leadership Development and Change Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University. Jessica is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation (PCC). She is credentialed to conduct and debrief a variety of individual, team, and organizational assessments including the Hogan Assessment Systems, EQi, and various 360 feedback instruments.
