Teddi Martinez
Teddi Martinez is a life-long learner and passionate about delivering impactful learning experiences to clients.
As part of FranklinCovey’s world-class consulting team, she’s known for her engaging, empathetic delivery and interactive facilitation. Her clients include private and public sector businesses, local, state and federal government entities, educational institutions and health care organizations. She’s facilitated all levels of these organizations, from senior leaders to individual contributors.
Previously a manager of Learning and Development at a large, multi-national company, she’s keenly aware of the L&D demands that organizations have and uses FranklinCovey’s content, digital resources, and internal specialists to help deliver the clients’ return on investment.
Teddi has an interesting mix of professional skills training, leadership development, unconscious bias, and personal productivity training. She believes in the “whole person” philosophy and the importance of personal wellness and work-life balance.
