She’s worked in global and matrix organizations operating in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Sandra is recognized for her deep organizational development experience. For 10 years, she led worldwide teams in the implementation of talent management strategies resulting in cultural transformation. Today she works closely with leadership teams to develop their vision, business strategies, and create collaborative cultures that produce results. She has a keen ability to easily connect with and bring multi-generational and diverse workforces to work together more harmoniously and productively. Over the last two decades, she has trained thousands of employees on a suite of leadership skills to empower leaders to lead with impact. As a coach, she is intuitive and guides her clients to powerful insights that create lasting change.
She is also the creator of Confident by Choice™, a leadership development program to help women discover and amplify their leadership voice, confidence, and power.
