Andrea Caldwell
Andrea Caldwell has worked in the automotive, industrial supply, data storage and marketing services industries.
She has over 20 years of experience in employee development, sales management, and has had the opportunity to create, launch and facilitate many development programs. Andrea’s passion is coaching others to their full potential — helping them achieve results they wouldn’t have otherwise thought possible.
Prior to coming to FranklinCovey, she was the Director of Learning and Development at Valassis (now VeriCast), in Livonia, Michigan. She has had responsibility for performance management, along with the oversight and rollout of talent management systems. Andrea has worked with all levels of leadership, global audiences and holds facilitator certifications from multiple leadership content providers.
