Jill brings 20 years of executive coaching and training to the clients of Robert Gregory Partners. Her specific areas of expertise include negotiation and sales strategies & tactics, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and cultural transformation. She has worked within many industry settings, including medical, retail, banking, luxury hotels and education. Specifically, she has coached executives with job titles of director, SVP and President.
Jill’s broad international experience – she has trained more than 15,000 individuals around the globe during her career – adds value for multinational companies and diversity initiatives. She is passionate about performance improvement in both organizations and individuals and has developed expertise in:

Jill has experience working with a variety of job positions, functional areas and industries. Through her consulting work with The NBA, Disney, and The Ritz- Carlton, Jill created and implemented many sales and customer service training programs and courses.
Education and Certifications
Jill holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and received her designation as certified training and development professional from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is a certified facilitator of Situational Leadership® II with the Ken Blanchard Companies, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People with FranklinCovey, and Advancing Negotiation Skills with Scotwork N.A. She is also certified to administer and interpret the Hogan Assessment Systems.
