Coaching and Consulting Experience
Robert has over 20 years of experience coaching executives at the highest levels of large, global companies. He has experience working with an extensive variety of job positions, functional areas and industries. Specifically, he has coached executives holding the job titles of CEO, President, CFO, CIO, CNO, SVP, VP, Global Partner and Director.
Functional areas include executive management roles in finance, information technology, marketing, human resources, operations, sales, and high- level individual contributors. A representative sample of organizational clients and industries includes: PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Eli Lilly, Abbott, AbbVie, Cardinal Health, AIG, Nationwide Insurance, Grange Insurance, KeyBank, Huntington Bank, Hospital Corporation of America, OhioHealth, Eaton Corporation, NiSource/Columbia Gas, Devon Energy, L Brands, Designer Brands (DSW Shoe Warehouse), BelBrands, and Wendy’s.
In addition to delivering coaching to select, high-level leaders, Robert oversees all the coaching delivery for RGP. This includes direct supervision to the RGP coaching team, enhancements to the coaching methodology, and training coaches on emerging best practices. His approach to coaching focuses on further leveraging the existing strengths of leaders while developing specific action plans to mitigate leadership styles that aren’t successful. He focuses on understanding the cultural and strategic context of the business in which the leader is working as a means to more accurately target enhancements to their leadership approach.

Education and Certifications
Robert graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and later completed his master’s degree in social administration from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
Robert is certified in the Hogan Assessment Systems and is a Hogan Certification trainer. He is also credentialed to perform a variety of individual and organizational assessments and tools including in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, ASSESS Competency Modeling and Assessments, Leadership Mirror 360, and the 16PF suite of instruments. Robert completed the Weatherhead Coaching Certificate Program at Case Western Reserve University.
